話說小編,在一個晴朗的午後,誤把Espresso的磨粉、拿來手沖,原本該如二砂糖約略粗細的磨粉,卻如同可可粉般的細粉。想說不要浪費,沖下去後,過程中雖然淤積很嚴重、沖泡時間延長,然而,喝起來有意外的厚實、滑膩、風味強烈、只是尾韻帶著苦甜巧克力味。

to waste it, so we went ahead with pourover brewing. After brewing, although it has very serious siltation process and the brewing time is prolonged, however, it tastes unexpectedly mellow,
creamy, and has a strong flavor, but the end rhyme has a bittersweet chocolate flavor.

小記:這次的意外,沖煮的豆子是衣索比亞 西達摩 班莎 橘光舞妓 G1 日曬,應帶有花香 水蜜桃 果軟糖 焦糖甜 水果調酸質 果汁感佳 滑膩甜美等風味,因為研磨刻度的失誤強化萃取率的結果,帶出厚實、滑膩、風味強烈、尾韻帶有苦甜巧克力味。當作風味強化版手沖咖啡來細細品飲,強烈卻甘甜,也別有一番樂趣。
