濾掛沖泡vs手沖咖啡 Drip Coffee vs. Pour-over Coffee

 

原理上和手沖咖啡相同,只是可以呈現的風味變化較少、方式較簡便。
用90~95度熱水,並滴濾出150cc咖啡液,會是JC濾掛咖啡之最佳風味。
可依自己喜好,調整濃淡及熱水量

In principle, drip coffee is similar to pour-over coffee, but it offers fewer flavor variations and is more convenient to prepare.

Using hot water at 90-95°C, you can brew 150cc of coffee, which will yield the best flavor with Justin Coffee drip coffee.

You can adjust the strength and amount of hot water according to your preference.

 

提醒您,如果水溫過低,酸感會較多,因為甜度及醇厚度沒有被萃取出來。
反之,如果是100度滾水,會略帶苦味,因為接觸到滾水的咖啡粉被過度萃取出苦味物質。

Please note that if the water temperature is too low, the coffee will be more sour because the sweetness and richness have not been fully extracted.

Conversely, if boiling water at 100°C is used, the coffee may taste slightly bitter due to over-extraction of bitter substances from the coffee grounds.
