The easiest way to improve coffee quality is to clean the grinding equipment well. After the coffee bean is grinded, there will be coffee crema and fine powder staying on the grinder. They will oxidize and deteriorate over time, and these flavors will be transferred to the next brewing, resulting in bitter or unpleasant sour taste. Make cleaning your grinder part of your coffee brewing routine.
