手沖咖啡膨脹氣泡 – 淺焙咖啡本身氣體不多,在手沖咖啡時、咖啡粉並沒有膨脹很強烈,這並不代表它的風味不好。而深烘焙咖啡放二星期,也可以有很強烈的膨脹。排氣狀況可作為新鮮度的參考,但咖啡粉沒有膨脹強烈,只是它的排氣已接近結束。我們也可以觀察氣泡的大小,在每日的變化,並對照到風味的變化,十分有趣!

Pour over coffee swells to bubbles. Light-roasted coffee itself does not have much gas, and the coffee powder does not swell very strongly during pouring over process, which does not mean that it’s not a good coffee. And dark-roasted coffee can swell strongly even after two weeks. The degassing condition can be used as a reference for freshness, but if the coffee powder does not swell strongly, it means that the degassing is nearing the end. We can also observe the size of the bubbles, the daily changes, and compare the changes in the flavor, which is very interesting!
