Secret to a good cup of coffee: single-origin coffee with strong and well-defined flavor

手沖熱咖啡

用90~95度熱水 注水三次,每次都等滴濾完,再加滿熱水,約得150cc熱咖啡

特色:咖啡風味完整萃取

Hot pour-over coffee:

Use 90-95°C hot water to brew the coffee three times, waiting for each drip to finish before adding more hot water. Total volume should be around 150ml.

Feature: Complete extraction of coffee flavor

 


冰釀咖啡

1. 將濾掛塞入瓶中(不撕開)
2. 加入200cc冷水
3. 搖晃20秒浸潤咖啡粉
4. 置入冷藏8小時
5. 搖晃後倒出冰咖啡 特色:果香濃郁方便使用

Iced coffee:

1. Insert the drip bag into a bottle (do not tear it open).

2. Add 200ml of cold water.

3. Shake for 20 seconds to soak the coffee grounds.

4. Refrigerate for 8 hours.

5. Shake and pour out the iced coffee.

Feature: Rich fruity aroma and convenient to use.

 


手沖冰咖啡

杯中裝10個冰塊 ,用90~95度熱水,注水二次 ,慢慢注水增加萃取時間 ,約得180cc冰咖啡

特色:冰咖啡層次感佳

Iced pour-over coffee:

Fill a cup with 10 ice cubes.

Use 90-95°C hot water to brew the coffee twice, slowly increasing the extraction time. Total volume should be around 180ml.

Feature: Well-defined structures in the iced coffee.
