萃取時間 是指咖啡粉與水接觸的時間，對好咖啡來說是很重要的因素，萃取時間長、 萃取率 高。如果以淺焙咖啡來說，一般萃取時間會在2分鐘半左右，含悶蒸的時間；所以沖泡淺焙 濾掛咖啡 ，總時間在2分半，是合理的萃取時間。好咖啡經得起時間的萃取。
Extraction time refers to the duration during which coffee grounds come into contact with water. It is an essential factor for brewing good coffee, as a longer extraction time leads to a higher extraction rate. For light roast coffee, the typical extraction time is around 2 and a half minutes, including the blooming time. Therefore, a total brewing time of 2 and a half minutes is considered reasonable for brewing light roast pour-over coffee. Good coffee can withstand a longer extraction time.
