With less than 40 NT and zero equipment, you can simply brew a mellow and delicious specialty coffee when you are outside. We must share it with everyone.

A. Things in the bag:
1. JC Coffee - El Salvador, Natural, Estate Drip Bag Coffee
2. Bottle with cap
B. Find a convenience store (buy water or ask for hot water & take a break)
C. Brewing step
1. Put the drip bag (non-woven cloth) into the bottle completely (do not tear the filter bag)
2. Pour in room temperature water or hot water (hot water tastes better)
3. Shake well for 3 minutes
4. You can enjoy it directly (no need to take out the filter bag)
※If using hot water, it is recommended to wait for the water cooling down a bit before putting it into the bottle, which is less likely to cause the impact pressure of opening the bottle due to water vapor.

1. Water volume 180c.c.
2. Shake time for 3 minutes
3. Use 40°C and 90°C for the water temperature

The flavors of this coffee are: grapes, sweet wine, tropical fruits, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, full body and sweet
40°C: clean and refreshing, sweet and mellow
90°C: sweet aroma, flavor of nut chocolate, sufficient sweetness, good aftertaste and body
The experiment shows that higher water temperature has higher extraction rate, and the overall performance of aroma, flavor and taste is better, but room temperature can still maintain the level of a good cup of specialty coffee. When you are away from home and without any measuring equipment, you can still get a good cup of coffee according to the situation.
