濾杯孔徑影響咖啡萃取 Coffee Filter Cup Holes Affects Coffee Extraction
市售的濾杯孔徑有幾種形式，一個小孔、三個小孔、一個大孔徑..等。因此以同樣方式注水，過濾速度不盡相同。
There are several types of filter cups available in the market, one small hole, three small holes, one large hole...etc. Therefore, the water is poured in the same way, but the filtration speed is not the same.
越小的孔徑，熱水停留在濾杯時間較長，萃取率高；反之孔徑越大，過濾速度越快，會有萃取不足的可能。藉由觀察流速來調整注水，控制咖啡粉浸泡時間。
The smaller the hole size, the longer the hot water stays in the filter cup, and the higher the extraction rate; on the contrary, the larger the hole size, the faster the filtration speed, and there may be insufficient extraction. Adjust the water and control the immersion time of the coffee grounds by observing the flow rate.
