濾掛沖泡 Brewing Drip Coffee
濾掛沖泡 是手沖咖啡的一種,只是沖泡的容器(掛耳包)比較小。
用手沖的一般概念來沖泡,就會有一杯美味的手沖咖啡。建議整個沖泡時間在2分30秒,含悶蒸30秒。悶蒸是指一開始將熱水注入掛耳包中,讓咖啡粉溼潤、讓全部的咖啡粉同步一起被萃取,建議以20克的熱水來悶蒸。沖泡的水溫建議90~95度,倒入的水量建議在180cc左右。淺焙咖啡的含水率比深焙咖啡高、沖泡過程比較慢,如果有依上述沖泡建議,沖泡會比較順。讓花香果香的淺焙咖啡豐富您的每一天!

It is recommended to bloom with 20g of hot water. The temperature of the brewing water is recommended to be 90~95 degrees, and the amount of water to be poured is recommended to be around 180cc.
