Water Temperature vs. Coffee Floral and Fruity Flavors
For a coffee bean with a floral and fruity tone, if we brew it with 85℃ hot water and it can bring out the aroma of flowers and fruits, and produce a brighter acidity; if we use 95℃ hot water, the acidity is reduced, bringing out the sweetness and thickness; if we use 90 ℃ hot water, the coffee is sweet and balanced, not so sour and mellow.
When other conditions remain unchanged, brewing a coffee with a floral and fruity tone, different water temperatures will bring out different results. Try it out, find and feel your favorite flavor!
