水溫 vs. 咖啡花果香 Water Temperature vs. Coffee Floral and Fruity Flavors

一支帶有花果調性的咖啡豆,用85度熱水沖煮,可帶出花香與果香、產生較明亮的酸感;
用95度熱水-酸感降低,帶出甜感與厚實感;
用90度熱水-香甜平衡,沒那麼酸,也沒那麼厚實。
當其他條件不變,在沖煮一支帶有花香果香 調性的咖啡時,不同水溫,帶出不同結果。嘗試看看,感受您最愛的風味吧!

For a coffee bean with a floral and fruity tone, if we brew it with 85℃ hot water and it can bring out the aroma of flowers and fruits, and produce a brighter acidity; if we use 95℃ hot water, the acidity is reduced, bringing out the sweetness and thickness; if we use 90 ℃ hot water, the coffee is sweet and balanced, not so sour and mellow.
