玫瑰莊園 Finca Las Rosas
玫瑰莊園 (Finca Las Rosas)自1915年開始種植咖啡豆，至今已超過百年歷史。位於壯麗的庫丘馬塔內斯山脈(Cuchumatanes)在瓜地馬拉(Guatemala)高海拔產區薇薇特南果(Huehuetenango)。玫瑰莊園(Las Rosas)這個名字來自莊園主祖母，喜歡在農舍周圍種玫瑰，他們將農場稱為Finca Las Rosas。
Finca Las Rosas has been cultivating coffee beans since 1915, boasting a history of over a century. It is located in the magnificent Cuchumatanes mountains of Huehuetenango, a high-altitude region in Guatemala. The name "Las Rosas" comes from the grandmother of the estate owner, who loved planting roses around the farmhouse, hence the name Finca Las Rosas.
現任莊園主Isabel Villatoro Hernandez，承繼過往的經驗，並更加致力於改善生產程序及設備，提升咖啡豆品質。對他們而言，高品質咖啡豆不僅能獲得更好的價格，也能夠藉由更好的薪資、建康和教育以改善員工的生活方式。由於對品質的高度要求，莊園鮮少將咖啡出售給當地的合作社或出口商，大多直接與海外客戶進行交易。
The current owner, Isabel Villatoro Hernandez, continues the legacy while dedicating efforts to improve production processes and equipment, aiming to enhance the quality of the coffee beans. For them, producing high-quality coffee not only fetches better prices but also allows for improved wages, well-being, and education for the employees. Due to their high standards for quality, the estate rarely sells coffee to local cooperatives or exporters; they mostly engage in direct trade with international customers.
玫瑰莊園於2008及2017年兩次入選C.O.E優勝，2017是以藝妓品種水洗處理拿下第七名的佳績。
Finca Las Rosas has earned recognition in prestigious coffee competitions, being selected for the C.O.E (Cup of Excellence) in 2008 and 2017. In 2017, they achieved an impressive seventh place with their washed Geisha variety.
現任莊園主致力改善生產程序及設備，提升咖啡品質，並改善員工的生活方式。玫瑰莊園於2017是以藝妓品種水洗處理拿下COE第七名的佳績。
The current owner remains committed to improving production processes and equipment, enhancing coffee quality, and elevating the employees' quality of life. In 2017, Rose Estate earned the seventh place in the COE competition with their washed Geisha variety.
