拉斯拉哈斯莊園 Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas
拉斯拉哈斯莊園 (Finca Las Lajas)是哥斯大黎加(Costa Rica)的有機咖啡莊園，位於中央山谷產區(Central Valley)距離波阿斯(Poas Volcano)火山相當近，海拔高度在1,300~1,600公尺之間。在施肥上莊園主嚴格要求所有過程均需按照有機標準進行栽種和施肥，全莊園均使用自製的有機堆肥，同時把有機標準擴展到包括土質、遮蔭樹和水洗處理廠程序等。經過多年的努力目前拉斯拉哈斯莊園已經通過了美國USDA、日本JAS和NOP有機認證。
Finca Las Lajas is an organic coffee estate in Costa Rica, located in the Central Valley region, quite close to the Poas Volcano, at an elevation between 1,300 to 1,600 meters. The estate strictly adheres to organic standards in all planting and fertilizing processes. They use homemade organic compost throughout the entire estate and extend organic practices to include soil, shade trees, and the wet mill procedures. After years of effort, Finca Las Lajas has obtained organic certifications from USDA, JAS, and NOP.
哥斯大黎加盛行蜜處理，而拉斯拉哈斯莊園是最早進行系統化研究的莊園之一。哥斯大黎加一般的蜜處理只會保留一部份的果膠，但拉斯拉哈斯莊園卻保留100%最高比例的果膠層，並控制在非洲棚架上曝曬和翻動的時間來呈現出不同的咖啡風味表現。
In Costa Rica, honey processing is prevalent, and Finca Las Lajas is one of the earliest estates to conduct systematic research on this method. While typical honey processing in Costa Rica retains only a portion of the mucilage, Las Lajas retains 100% of the highest proportion of mucilage, controlling the exposure and turning time on African beds to showcase distinct coffee flavor profiles.
