位於 哥斯大黎加 (Costo Rica) 海拔2000公尺的高山上, 《莊園名稱唐達利( Don Dario )是農場主人的父親之名，農場主人繼承了父親對農業和咖啡的熱愛，根據咖啡園植物的需要來管理和照顧，以生產出高品質的咖啡豆 。
Don Dario Estate is located in the high mountains of Costa Rica, at an elevation of 2000 meters. The name "Don Dario" is in honor of the farm owner's father, and the owner inherited his father's passion for agriculture and coffee. The farm is meticulously managed and cared for according to the needs of coffee plantation plants, resulting in the production of high-quality coffee beans.

The coffee beans at Don Dario Estate are of the Geisha variety and undergo a double washing process to enhance the natural floral notes of Geisha coffee. This batch received an impressive score of 89.47 in the 2018 Costa Rica Cup of Excellence competition, securing the 7th position.
