花香在咖啡風味中比較容易飄散
花香在咖啡風味中是比較輕柔的風味,需要比較細緻的品味,比較容易飄散,也需要讓咖啡濃郁一點才品嚐得到;常常是磨豆時聞得到花香,在喝時卻品嚐不到花香,這時候,我們可以改變咖啡的濃度,並讓萃取集中在花香的部份,減少厚實感部份的風味。Floral aroma is a softer flavor in coffee flavor, a more delicate taste, and it is easier to volatile, we need to make the coffee a little stronger to taste it. Often, you can smell the floral aroma when you grind the beans, but you can't taste the floral aroma when you drink it. From time to time, we can change the strength-concentration of the coffee and extract the floral part, reducing the flavor of the mellow part.
花香容易被比較厚重的風味給蓋過去

When we want to drink a little more floral aroma, try to extract a little more of the flavor in the front part, so that the flavor is concentrated in this part and reduce the interference of strong flavor, and we will taste more floral aroma.
如何萃取花香風味比較明顯
如果平常用90~95度熱水沖煮,這時我們可以試著用80~85度沖煮,以萃取多一點的前段風味;同時,如果平常我們用粉水比1:15,這時我們可以試著用1:12粉水比,集中強化風味,讓花香風味更明顯出來。試著調整萃取率及濃度,品嚐各種迷人的花香風味!If we usually use 90~95°C of hot water to brew, then we can try to brew with 80~85°C to extract a little more flavor in the front section; at the same time, if we usually use the ratio of powder to water 1:15, then we can try the powder-water ratio of 1:12, which can concentrate the flavor and make the floral flavor more obvious. You can try to experiment with extraction rates and strengths and taste a variety of fascinating floral flavors!
