咖啡處理法分類
咖啡處理法,是指將成熟的紅色果實變成乾燥生豆的過程,每種處理法各有其特色,受到產地自然環境及需求不同的影響,故各產地都有其適合的處理法,概略可分為三種(詳見上圖) 。

Coffee processing refers to the transformation of ripe coffee cherries into dried green beans. Each method has distinct characteristics and is influenced by local environmental conditions and market demands, so every coffee origin has its own suitable process method. Generally, processing methods are categorized into three types (see the diagram above).
In Taiwan, natural processed coffee is particularly favored, as many consumers enjoy the rich, fruit-forward fermentation flavors it offers.
