拉西瑞亞莊園簡介
瓜地馬拉 Kalibus La Siera 拉西瑞亞莊園創建於1982年，位於瓜地馬拉 (Guatemala) 東方，海拔1578-2000公尺的高山上，具有多樣性的生態環境和微型氣候,是一個具有生態系統的咖啡園。農場管理強調可持續性和對生態系統的尊重，所以大多數咖啡工作是在緩衝區，農場裏大部分樹木都是該地區的原生樹木。
La Sierra Estate, known as Kalibus La Sierra, was established in 1982 in the eastern region of Guatemala. It is situated in the high mountains at elevations ranging from 1578 to 2000 meters. This estate boasts a diverse ecological environment and microclimates, making it an ecologically rich coffee plantation. Sustainability and respect for the ecosystem are emphasized in the farm's management practices, with most coffee-related activities taking place in buffer zones, and the majority of trees on the estate being native to the region.
拉西瑞亞莊園豆種
所出產的咖啡豆皆經過嚴格挑選，藉由乾淨的泉水洗淨後 、以水洗處理法來處理咖啡櫻桃，並以陽光乾燥生豆。
The coffee beans produced here undergo rigorous selection, and they are processed using the washed method, which involves cleaning the coffee cherries with pure spring water, followed by sun-drying of the beans.
是瓜地馬拉COE競賽常勝莊園，2014年冠軍、2016年 冠軍、2017年第六名。藝伎/藝妓品種 值得細細品味。
Kalibus La Siera has a remarkable track record in the Guatemala COE (Cup of Excellence) competition, achieving the championship in 2014 and 2016, and securing 6th place in 2017. The Geisha variety it cultivates is truly worth savoring.
