The Blue River Cooperative is located in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Founded in 1967, the cooperative has a long history of producing high-quality coffee under the renowned name of Huehuetenango. Currently, there are 210 registered members in the cooperative, including 43 women, emphasizing the importance of women's independence and rights.

Farmers work hard to maintain these high standards, resulting in consistently outstanding flavor profiles in the coffee produced. It offers a delightful combination of sweet and delicate lemon acidity, with a lingering dark chocolate aftertaste. The coffee has a rich and varied mouthfeel, making it highly popular among consumers.
