防彈咖啡 Bulletproof Coffee
美國矽谷工程師 Dave Asprey 發明此飲食方式，以優質黑咖啡 + 椰子油 (MCT油)攪打乳化，做成一杯類似拿鐵的咖啡並取名叫防彈咖啡 ，因為喝了之後不僅沒有飢餓感，精神也變得很好，身體像是穿了防彈衣一樣堅強。
This dietary approach was invented by Dave Asprey, an American Silicon Valley engineer. It involves blending high-quality black coffee with coconut oil (MCT oil) to create a latte-like coffee beverage known as Bulletproof Coffee. It is called "Bulletproof" because after consuming it, not only do you not feel hungry, but your mental state also improves, and your body feels resilient, as if wearing a bulletproof vest.
In virgin coconut oil, over 50% of the fatty acids are medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that can be digested to produce ketones, which are beneficial for the human body. The criteria for high-quality black coffee include being sourced from a single estate, undergoing the washed processing method, and being roasted by a reputable coffee roaster.
