藝妓(Geisha)是一個品種，阿拉比卡咖啡下的品種，阿拉比卡咖啡中有成千上百的品種，藝妓是其中一個品種，波旁、鐵比卡、卡杜拉等都是阿拉比卡的品種。
各個品種都有它獨特的風味輪廓，以藝妓來說，通常帶有花香、柑橘、蜜桃等風味。
Geisha is a variety, under the variety of Arabica coffee. There are hundreds of varieties of Arabica coffee, Geisha is one of the varieties. Bourbon, Tipica, Caturra, etc. are all varieties of Arabica. Each variety has its own unique flavor profile, in the case of Geisha, usually floral, citrus, peach and other flavors.
風土條件會影響咖啡風味，涵蓋氣候、海拔、濕度、土壤、降雨量、日照等，皆會影響咖啡生長。像是海拔愈高、讓咖啡果實生長緩慢、有更多光合作用累積甜度、讓風味更豐富。藝妓種植在巴拿馬就是不同於衣索比亞，各有特色。
Terroir will affect the flavor of coffee, including climate, altitude, humidity, soil, rainfall, sunshine, etc., all of which will affect the growth of coffee. For example, the higher the altitude, the slower the growth of coffee berries, the more photosynthesis to accumulate sweetness, and the richer the flavor. Geisha planted in Panama is different from Ethiopia, each with its own characteristics.
生豆處理法也會讓藝妓喝起來不一樣，水洗藝妓咖啡帶有更多花香、檸檬、茉莉花香等；日曬藝妓帶有甜桃、熱帶水果調性中帶有花香調等。而不同國家的處理法更是五花八門，讓藝妓咖啡有更多元的風味輪廓。
The processing method of green beans will also make the Geisha taste different. By washed method, Geisha coffee has more floral, lemon, jasmine, etc. By natural method, Geisha coffee has sweet peach, tropical fruit tone with floral flavor, etc. The processing methods in different countries are even more varied, giving Geisha coffee a more diverse flavor profile.
