 帕卡瑪拉 -這個傳奇品種被譽為 薩爾瓦多 最具代表的品種,2006年開始大放異彩,包辦薩國 COE 前四名,2008~2010年瓜地馬拉COE更由Pacamara豆種連續冠軍三年,從此奠定生豆中的高貴地位!
Pacamara is considered the most representative variety of El Salvador. Since 2006, it has consistently ranked in the top four of the country’s Cup of Excellence (COE) competitions. From 2008 to 2010, Pacamara won first place for three consecutive years in the Guatemala COE, cementing its reputation as a premium coffee variety.

帕卡瑪拉是薩爾瓦多費時五十年,將波旁的變種-帕卡斯(Pacas)與鐵比卡的變種-象豆(Maragogype)進行植物雜交而孕育出來,因此帶有瓜果酸香及花果味、類似甘草甜香及愉稅的香料味,醇厚度極佳,是嶄新的味蕾響宴。
Pacamara was developed in El Salvador over 50 years by crossbreeding Pacas (a Bourbon mutation) with Maragogype (a Typica mutation). It exhibits fruity acidity, floral and fruity notes, licorice-like sweetness, and a rich, full body, offering a refined and luxurious tasting experience.
