當我們在 品味咖啡 時,咖啡熱的時候喝,可感受 香氣、層次與沖煮手法; 降溫至接近體溫時品味, 甜度與醇厚度會較明顯; 放涼後,如果還很好喝, 代表咖啡豆本身品質好。

We taste the coffee when it is hot, we can feel the aroma, structures and brewing technique. If we taste it when the temperature is close to body temperature, the sweetness and mellowness will be more obvious. After coffee cooling down, if it still tastes good, it means it’s very good quality coffee beans.
