【沖泡流程】

1.熱水沖濕濾紙,將熱水倒掉
2.180克冰塊放入咖啡下壺,備好濾杯、90度熱水、倒入咖啡粉
3.繞圈加入30克熱水,悶蒸30秒
4.斷水法沖煮(繞圈加入10克熱水,讓濾杯裡的咖啡流下去一些,再繼續加入10克,一邊注意時間,注完180克熱水時,3分30秒也到達)

[Brewing process]

1. Rinse the filter paper with hot water and pour out the hot water

2. Put 180g of ice cubes into the coffee pot, prepare a filter cup, 90℃ hot water and pour in coffee powder

3. Pour 30g of hot water in a circle and blooming for 30 seconds

4. Brewing with water interruption method (add 10g of hot water in a circle, let the coffee in the filter cup flow down, and then continue to add 10g, while paying attention to the time, when 180 grams of hot water is poured, it will be 3 minutes and 30 seconds)
