推廌豆:巴拿馬 卡門莊園 藝妓 水洗(Best of Panama 2025|GW-11)
風味描述:茉莉、佛手柑、橙花、紫羅蘭、紅蘋果、明亮檸檬、蜂蜜、絲滑多汁。
怎麼喝最美味:1:15、兩段水溫82°C/92°C、小水柱、略細磨約850μm,2分15秒完成;以寬口杯花香在出杯後1-3分鐘最鮮明。

Gesha Village is in Bench-Maji, Ethiopia. It spans 471 hectares at 1,909–2,069m, divided into eight terroir blocks by climate and variety: Bangi, Shaya, Oma, Shewa-Jibabu, Dimma, Gaylee, Narsha, Surma.
Grading System:
Gold Label (Rarities): extremely rare lots.
Red Label (Growers Reserve): SCA 88+.

Bensa位於Sidama東南;Sidama以火山土與小農合作社體系著稱,約46個合作社、8萬多位小農,酸質細緻且常見莓果與藍莓類風味。本批次位於海拔2000-2100m。

C. The Vibrance of Fruit (Berries・Grapes・Tropical Fruits)
Recommended Coffee: Ethiopia Sidama Bensa “Rose Macaron” G1 Double Anaerobic Washed

Located in southeastern Sidama, Bensa sits at 2,000–2,100m and is part of a cooperative system of about 46 co-ops and over 80,000 farmers. Known for volcanic soils, fine acidity, and blue berry and berry-forward profiles.
