濕剝法 Wet-hulled
濕剝法(Wet-hulled) 是印尼蘇門達臘特有的生豆處理法,又稱半水洗法(Semi-washed) 。當地氣候潮濕,帶殼豆經初步的水洗、發酵處理,經一到兩日曝曬,生豆含水率雖仍有30%~50%,即先剝除種殼再繼續乾燥,以縮短生豆乾燥的作業時程。約再二天的乾燥時間,就能讓咖啡生豆含水率降至儲存目標12~13%。當地人也稱為Giling Basah(濕剝法)
