古優原生種 – 阿拉比卡 咖啡源自非洲 衣索比亞 ，至今衣索比亞境內還存在數千種野生咖啡，常年生長在原始森林中，無以數計在地演生混合成一個大原生品種庫(阿拉比卡的基因庫)，其生豆大小、外觀、形狀差異頗大，在其他產區是看不到的，這也是衣索比亞咖啡獨有的特色，這種在衣索比亞境內產出的原生種稱之為古優原生種(Heirloom)。
Heirloom refers to the wild Arabica varieties originating from Ethiopia. Thousands of wild coffee varieties still grow in Ethiopia’s forests, forming a vast genetic pool. These varieties exhibit a wide range of bean sizes, shapes, and appearances, which are not found in other coffee-growing regions. This genetic diversity is a unique characteristic of Ethiopian coffee. This wild Arabica varieties from Ethiopia is called Heirloom.
一般稱衣索比亞耶家雪菲的咖啡品種為Heirloom，其實並不是指單一特定品種，Heirloom中文的翻譯是「傳家寶」，意思是指來自咖啡發源地的原生品種，是上天賜給人的寶物。
The term "Heirloom" is often associated with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, but it does not refer to a single, specific variety. Instead, "Heirloom" means "heritage," symbolizing the original coffee varieties gifted by nature.
