充氮調氣包裝技術 Nitrogen Gas Flush Packaging Technology

 充氮調氣包裝技術 - 氧氣(O2)的存在會促使微生物生長,故改變包裝的空氣組成,可有效的延長食品的儲存壽命,此即調氣包裝技術(Modified atmosphere packaging)。

Nitrogen gas flush packaging technology - The presence of oxygen (O2) promotes microbial growth. Therefore, by modifying the composition of the packaging atmosphere, the shelf life of food products can be effectively extended. This is known as modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) technology.

 

氮氣(N2)是一種無色無味的惰性氣體,不易和一般化合物或微生物作用,因此利用氮氣替代食品包裝袋內的空氣,可抑制微生物(如霉菌)的生長,也可避免咖啡油脂氧化和酵素作用的發生。因此經過充氮保鮮程序的食品 包裝,可以有較長的保存期限。

Nitrogen gas (N2) is a colorless and odorless inert gas that does not easily react with common compounds or microorganisms. By replacing the air inside the food packaging with nitrogen gas, microbial growth (such as mold) can be inhibited, and oxidation and enzymatic reactions of coffee oils can be prevented. As a result, food packaging that undergoes nitrogen gas flushing can have a longer shelf life.
