Coffee produced in the designated region of the Blue Mountains in the eastern part of Jamaica, at elevations ranging from 915 to 1675 meters, is the authentic Blue Mountain Coffee.

只是用混豆配出類似藍山的風味咖啡,無法和真的藍山咖啡相提並論。

Blue Mountain-Flavored Coffee Is Not Blue Mountain Coffee

Coffee that merely mimics the flavor of Blue Mountain but is a blend cannot be compared to the real Blue Mountain Coffee.

牙買加「藍山咖啡」分級從質量來分由上到下依次為:NO.1、NO.2、NO.3及圓豆,4個等級。
在法定的藍山種植區內,且海拔915~1675公尺:
1. 藍山咖啡No.1
生豆尺寸為17/18目,沒有象豆,占至少96%以上,瑕疵豆在2%以內。
2. 藍山咖啡No.2
生豆尺寸為16目,沒有象豆,占至少96%以上,瑕疵豆在2%以內。
3. 藍山咖啡No.3
生豆尺寸為15目,沒有象豆,占至少96%以上,瑕疵豆在2%以內。
4. 藍山咖啡圓豆
圓豆單粒漿果,生豆尺寸為10目,占至少96%以上,瑕疵豆在2%以內。

Jamaica's "Blue Mountain Coffee" is graded based on quality, from top to bottom: NO.1, NO.2, NO.3, and Peaberry, comprising four grades.

In the designated Blue Mountain cultivation area, and at elevations from 915 to 1675 meters:

Blue Mountain Coffee No.1

Bean size 17/18 screen, no elephant beans, comprising at least 96% with defects below 2%.

Blue Mountain Coffee No.2

Bean size 16 screen, no elephant beans, comprising at least 96% with defects below 2%.

Blue Mountain Coffee No.3

Bean size 15 screen, no elephant beans, comprising at least 96% with defects below 2%.

Blue Mountain Coffee Peaberry

Single-bean cherries, bean size 10 screen, comprising at least 96% with defects below 2%.

它的酸、甘、醇與苦味非常平衡,味道芳香,喝起來非常潤順,雖然它的高貴不適合每天喝,但值得偶爾品嚐。

It boasts a well-balanced profile of acidity, sweetness, richness, and bitterness. Its aromatic taste is smooth, making it a drink worth savoring occasionally, even though its nobility makes it less suitable for daily consumption.

 

藍山山脈是加勒比海周遭中海拔最高的山,豐厚的土壤以及高海拔的氣候,帶給這裡咖啡特殊的風味。每當到了收穫時期時,經過訓練有素的工作人員及利用天然的泉水來發酵,以保持咖啡豆最好的品質。羊皮的咖啡豆放在托盤上加以烘乾,然後去殼、杯測確認好品質後才裝桶出口。

The Blue Mountains are the highest mountains surrounding the Caribbean Sea, providing rich soil and high-altitude climate that imparts a unique flavor to the coffee grown here. During the harvest season, skilled workers utilize natural spring water for fermentation, ensuring the best quality of coffee beans. Coffee beans are dried on trays, then de-hulled, cup-tested for quality, and only then barrelled for export.
