祝您壽比南山 Wishing You Longevity
Many studies have found that drinking coffee every day is associated with a variety of health benefits, including possibly making you live longer. Drinking coffee in moderation seems to be one of the good ways to live a healthy life!
There are many elements in coffee, besides the fascinating aroma, there are also polyphenols, chlorogenic acid, caffeine, water-soluble dietary fiber, acidic organic compounds, etc., which are beneficial to health. Recently, I often hear people discussing that drinking coffee can reduce mortality. The following excerpts are a few related articles for reference.

The research team analyzed the lifestyle of more than 170,000 people within one year from the data of the British Biobank, including their coffee drinking habits, and tracked their status after 7 years. People were between 37 and 73 years old, did not have cardiovascular disease and cancer when participating in the study. It was found that people who drank moderate amounts of coffee, about 1.5 to 3.5 cups per day (1 cup of 250cc), had a 30% lower risk of death than those who did not drink coffee during the study period, and those who drank 3 cups of coffee had the lowest risk of death.

According to the statistical data analysis of the British Biobank between 2009 and 2018, it was found that drinking coffee can effectively reduce mortality. For people who drink black coffee, the human mortality rate is 16% to 29% lower than people who don’t drink coffee at all. No matter how much you drink, as long as you drink, the mortality rate will be low. However, the amount of coffee consumed has a U-shaped correlation with the mortality rate. The mortality rate does not decrease much when drinking a little, but it drops rapidly after drinking more, and the U-shaped correlation rebounds after drinking too much. The data showed that the lowest point for mortality was between 2.5 and 4.5 cups per day. Less or more than this amount, the death rate will rebound. 1 cup coffee is about 270cc.

In that moment of relaxation, I seem to be full of spirit again and travel in the world of fragrance. Give yourself the best mood nutrition.
