咖啡的層次 Coffee Structures

咖啡的層次可能是風味的層次,也可能是口感的層次。比如說,喝一口咖啡,品嚐到百香果的風味、伴隨芒果香、並帶有櫻桃般的酸質、喝入口感覺滑順多汁。

The coffee structure can also refer it as flavor structure or taste structure. For example, taking a sip of coffee, you can taste the flavor of passion fruit, accompanied by the aroma of mango, with cherry-like acidity, and feel smooth and juicy.


帶有酸與苦的咖啡,從熱到冷,人體對酸、甜、苦的感受不同,會有不同的平衡感,增加層次的變化感受。

As coffee with acidity and bitterness, from hot to cold, the human body has different feelings of acidity, sweetness and bitterness, so there will be a different sense of balance, increasing the level of change.
