帕萊伊內瑪咖啡新品種預防疾病

帕萊伊內瑪 -豆型修長似 藝妓豆 ,顏色翠綠飽滿如翡翠。是透過配種培育的新品種,這個品種可以預防咖啡葉得到葉鏽病和防止線蟲類的侵蝕。咖啡的改良開始於1981年,改良穩定的咖啡第一次在2006於 哥斯大黎加 種植,並於2010年時引進 宏都拉斯 栽種,並命名為 Parainema 。​​​​​​​
Parainema has a long, slender bean shape similar to Geisha coffee, with a vibrant green color. It is a newly developed hybrid resistant to leaf rust and nematodes. Coffee breeding began in 1981, and the first stable version was planted in Costa Rica in 2006. It was later introduced to Honduras in 2010 and named Parainema.

Parainema coffee trees are short shrubs with leaf tips that may appear green, yellow, or a mix of both due to genetic variations. This batch of Parainema coffee is a rare variety and has been processed by the COE award-winning San Vicente mill in Honduras, showcasing the country’s high sweetness and fruit-forward coffee profile. Flavor notes: tomato, grape, lime, delicate acidity, and smooth finish.

宏都拉斯咖啡特色

宏都拉斯開始種植咖啡已有兩百多年歷史,統計現在種植面積達二十八萬公頃,均以咖啡小農為主,宏都拉斯咖啡農92%是屬於小型個體。其咖啡園種植面積大都小於3.5公頃,這些咖啡小農就佔了宏國咖啡生產量的60%!咖啡在宏都拉斯是極重要的農作物。
Honduras has been cultivating coffee for over 200 years, with a planting area of 280,000 hectares, most are small coffee farms. About 92% of Honduran coffee farmers are smallholders, each managing plantations of less than 3.5 hectares, yet collectively producing 60% of the nation’s coffee. Coffee is a crucial agricultural product in Honduras.
