阿拉比卡咖啡特色
咖啡豆主要品種有兩個 : 阿拉比卡 (Arabica) 和 羅布斯塔 (Robusta) 。阿拉比卡有著甜味 、酸味與香氣豐富的特色,品質優良,常被用來做精品咖啡;羅布斯塔容易栽培、成本低廉,帶有強烈苦味而風味偏淡,主要用來配豆,或是做成即溶咖啡的主原料。
There are two main types of coffee beans: Arabica and Robusta. Arabica is known for its sweetness, acidity, and rich aroma, making it the preferred choice for specialty coffee. Robusta, on the other hand, is easier to cultivate, has lower production costs, and has a strong bitterness with a less complex flavor. It is mainly used in blends or as a base for instant coffee.
