咖啡生長溫度 –咖啡豆在較高海拔生長會有更甜、更豐富的風味,真正原因在於溫度。在較低的溫度下,咖啡櫻桃會生長得更慢,有更多時間產生更豐富的咖啡風味。咖啡豆不適合在太溫暖的氣候下生長,但也不能太冷,咖啡樹生長的理想溫度是17-23℃。生長慢的豆子是硬的或高密度的,生長快的豆子是軟的或低密度的。
