咖啡保健緩老化 Coffee for Anti-Aging

咖啡保健緩老化 -咖啡豆含有千種以上複雜內含物,除了咖啡因外,其他如酚類化合物,包含綠原酸、咖啡酸和內酯類等。其中咖啡因、綠原酸及咖啡豆醇,可以對抗部份疾病的慢性發炎因子,延緩老化。近來的研究發現,被葡萄糖和核苷酸活化的炎性小體(inflammasome)會導致促炎細胞因子IL-1β和IL-18兩者的產生,其會促進老年不好的發炎性疾病,而咖啡因恰可抵消這個不好的過程。因此聽人說「一天一杯咖啡,可以遠離炎症小體,延緩老化。」
