翡翠莊園(La Esmeralda)是世界著名的莊園，位於巴拿馬波魁特，以種植藝妓咖啡在世界聞名。因為對自然環境的用心照料，榮獲雨林聯盟認證。翡翠莊園雖然以藝妓品種聞名於世界，但得天獨厚的莊園環境及生豆處理技術，讓該莊園各種豆種同樣獲得愛戴。為各大競賽的常勝軍，從2004年連年在BOP(最佳巴拿馬大賽)奪冠，至2008年開始進行自己的獨立競標拍賣，創下的天價紀錄不計其數。

Panama Emerald Manor “Red Label,” “Green Label,” “Blue Label.”

Emerald Manor (La Esmeralda) is a world-renowned manor grade located in Poquette, Panama. It belongs to the Geisha coffee grade. Because of the careful care of the natural environment, it has been certified by the Rainforest Alliance. Although the Emerald Manor is famous for its geisha varieties, the manor's various bean varieties are also very popular because of the unique manor environment and raw bean processing technology. It is a constant winner of major competitions. It won the championship year after year in 2004 and began to conduct independent bidding and auctions in 2008, setting countless records of sky-high prices.

翡翠莊園經過多年實驗發現，生長在海拔1,400公尺以上的咖啡樹所採收到的藝妓咖啡，才能展現藝妓咖啡該有的特殊風味。因此分級以種植高度為主、實際杯測結果為輔，分出「紅標、綠標、藍標」等級的藝妓咖啡。

After years of experiments, Emerald Manor has found that Geisha coffee, which harvested from coffee trees growing at an altitude of more than 1,400 meters, has the special flavor that Geisha coffee should have. Therefore, the grading is mainly based on the planting altitude and the actual cupping results, and the Geisha coffee is classified with the “Red label, Green label and Blue label.”

Red Label Geisha – Bidding Batch

➞ Planting altitude 1,600-1,800 meters

➞ Cupping test score above 90

➞ Produced mainly from Jaramillo and Cañas Verdes farms, and also the highest quality geisha coffee

➞ Geisha coffee, harvested from the highest point in the Boquete mountains, has a special, bright floral and citrus aroma

➞ This grade of coffee is made into natural sundried or washed methods, and yeast fermentation method was added in 2018

➞ Available only through the annual Global Auctions

➞ Although not the highest bidder beans, this grade of Geisha coffee still has the classic flavor of Geisha coffee beans, floral, fruity, citrus sour, bold  and juicy body

➞ Select the most suitable ripe coffee cherries to create a rich sweet, bright fruit acid and delicious flavor

➞ This grade of geisha coffee is also available with washed or natural sundried green coffee beans

藍標藝妓【精選批次】
➞ 種植海拔1,500公尺
➞ 來自 Jaramillo, Cañas Verdes, El Velo三個不同農場的混豆
➞ 些微花香、果酸、甜，口感較紅標相對不厚實，乾淨清新
➞ 此等級藝妓咖啡只有水洗處理生豆

➞ Planting at 1,500 meters above sea level

➞ Mixed beans from three different farms Jaramillo, Cañas Verdes, El Velo

➞ Slightly floral, sour and sweet, the less body than the red label, clean and fresh

➞ This grade of geisha coffee only use washed method

※ From 2021, Jade Manor has cancelled the blue label batch
