很多人所熟知的咖啡味,是來自深焙咖啡的味道,有著濃厚的烘烤味,是由於透過較長時間的烘烤。

JC咖啡採用 精品咖啡 行家慣行之淺焙至中焙手法,希望為您保留屬於各種莊園咖啡獨一無二的多元風味(花果香甜香..等),比如衣索比亞罕貝拉的草莓香、巴拿馬鄧肯莊園的熱帶水果風味。

Justin Coffee adopts the light roasting to medium roasting method that is commonly used by specialty coffee experts. We hope to retain the unique multi-flavors (flowery, fruity, sweetness, etc.) belonging to various estate coffees for you, such as the strawberry aroma of Ethiopia Hambella, or Panama Tropical fruit flavors from Duncan Estate.

 

若您喜愛較有深焙風味,可選擇曼特寧或是義式配方咖啡豆,透過中焙的手法,帶出焦糖、可可、甜感飽滿、厚實的口感。

If you like a darker roasted flavor, you can choose Mandheling or Italian coffee beans. Through medium roasting, it brings out the caramel, cocoa, sweetness, fullness and thick taste.
