瑪瑪卡特莊園
成立於1997年，雖然不是古老悠久的莊園，但莊園主透過科技資訊、使用GPS座標識別咖啡批次，以研究批次中的土壤組成、品種和個別樹木等訊息。根據這些訊息，他們能夠制定每批收成，以產出最佳質量和數量的咖啡櫻桃 。
Established in 1997, Mamacate Estate, while not one of the oldest estates, employs modern technology and GPS coordinates to identify coffee batches and gather information about soil composition, varieties, and individual trees. With this data, they can carefully plan each harvest to produce the highest quality and quantity of coffee cherries.

這樣的堅持多年來，瑪瑪卡特莊園除了藝伎/藝妓種(Geisha)連年在BOP競賽中獲勝，傳統的鐵比卡種(Typica)也曾榮登三次寶座。其實咖啡豆最早傳入巴拿馬，是歐洲人帶進鐵比卡樹種
This dedication has paid off over the years as Mamacate Estate has consistently excelled in competitions. Their Geisha variety has been a consistent winner in the BOP (Best of Panama) competition, and their traditional Typica variety has also claimed the top spot three times. In fact, coffee beans were first introduced to Panama by Europeans, including the Typica tree variety.
