Finca Santa Elena is one of the highest-altitude estates in El Salvador, and in its plantation philosophy, it upholds the principle of preserving environmental diversity. The estate boasts a habitat with a significant presence of primary forest, retaining a high proportion of old Bourbon coffee trees. While these old Bourbon trees produce less, they offer a superior cupping flavor.
聖伊蓮娜莊園是薩爾瓦多中少數具有蜜處理和日曬經驗的莊園，莊園主對於各個細節幾乎是達到了吹毛求疵的地步，而這些努力使聖伊蓮娜莊園從2003年起贏得七次COE競賽, 兩次由雨林保護聯盟舉辦的中美洲競賽獲得前十名。
Finca Santa Elena is one of the few estates in El Salvador with experience in honey and natural processing. The estate owner pays meticulous attention to every detail, almost reaching perfectionism. These efforts have led Santa Elena Estate to win the Cup of Excellence (COE) competition seven times since 2003 and achieve top-ten rankings twice in the Central American competition organized by the Rainforest Alliance.
