青葉咖啡莊園 (Ching Ye Coffee Estate)是一個擁有38年歷史 的山莊民宿,坐落海拔1100公尺阿里山瑞里風景區,台灣高山茶發源地。阿里山區因海拔高,常年雲霧繚繞 ,日夜溫差大,氣候條件適合咖啡豆栽植生長,加上莊園主葉世遠專業的栽培管理,所生產的咖啡果實飽滿、品質精良
Ching Ye Coffee Estate is a mountain lodge with a history of 38 years, located in the Alishan Rui Li Scenic Area at an altitude of 1100 meters, the birthplace of high mountain tea in Taiwan. The Alishan region, with its high altitude, is often surrounded by clouds and mist, and experiences significant temperature differences between day and night. These favorable climate conditions, combined with the expert cultivation and management by the estate owner, Mr. Yeh Shi-Yuan, result in fully developed and high-quality coffee cherries.
