Coffee Silver Ski
Coffee Silver Skin – Coffee beans are the fruit of the coffee tree. The coffee we drink is the seed part of the fruit. There is a thin film on the outer layer of the seed called "silver skin." Because the color is shiny and silvery, people are used to call it silver skin. This layer of silver skin usually falls off during roasting, and it is usually found that there are some silver particles in the coffee grounds when we grind the coffee. In the central groove of the roasted coffee beans, a lot of white silver skin is retained, and the white silver skin is easier to see in the washed coffee beans.
