肯亞蜂蜜 Kenya Asali Coffee
肯亞蜂蜜 來自肯亞涅里產區(Nyeri)的蜂蜜(Asali) 咖啡,不是單一合作社或單一處理廠的產品,是由幾個小地區的微處理廠依固定比例組成的咖啡批次,包括Kirinyaga 36% Muranga 33%、Kiambu 27%、Nyeri 4%。這組成的概念是為了呈現出肯亞咖啡特有的莓果調性、中等明亮的酸質、濃郁的口感等。此咖啡「Asali」在台灣被 稱為「蜂蜜」,為肯亞的一個咖啡產品。
Known as "Asali" in Swahili, it originates from the Nyeri region of Kenya. It is not a product of a single cooperative or processing plant but is a coffee batch composed of several small regional micro-mills in fixed proportions. The blend consists of 36% Kirinyaga, 33% Muranga, 27% Kiambu, and 4% Nyeri. This composition aims to showcase the unique berry-like acidity, medium brightness, and rich mouthfeel characteristic of Kenyan coffee. In Taiwan, this coffee blend is referred to as "Honey," representing a coffee product from Kenya.
