喝咖啡真的能提神醒腦效果好嗎 Does drinking coffee really help to refresh the mind?

咖啡的提神效果是怎麼發現的?傳說衣索比亞的牧羊人注意到他的山羊群吃了某種莓果之後,一整晚精神亦亦。這個叫做喀爾迪(Kaldi)的牧羊人將莓果帶去一所修道院,後來有一個修士將果實烘乾,開始用果實製作飲料,而確定了這種莓果真能達到提神效果,咖啡就這樣誕生了。所以如果想保持精神良好,喝咖啡真的有效嗎?

This shepherd named Kaldi took the berries to a monastery, and later a monk dried the fruit and began to make a drink from the fruit and determined that the berry could really refresh the mind, and coffee was born. 咖啡因敏感度不同效果不同
喝咖啡可讓人提神的主要原因為咖啡裡的「咖啡因(Caffeine)」,咖啡因是一種中樞神經的興奮劑,能夠提振精神和專注力。然而,對於不同人來說,咖啡因會產生的效果也不盡相同,有些人可能喝一杯就精力充沛,有些人卻喝好幾杯都沒效,而其中關鍵取決於個人對咖啡因的敏感度與基因的不同。甚至長期喝咖啡的人,還會對咖啡因的提神作用產生抵抗力,所以各位咖啡愛好者們應該都已經沒有透過咖啡提神的感覺了。

 

Different sensitivities will have different effects

The main reason for the refreshing effect of drinking coffee is the "caffeine" in coffee. Caffeine is a stimulant of the central nervous system, which can improve the energy and concentration. However, the effects of caffeine vary from person to person. Some people may have a single drink and they may be energized, while others may have several cups but nothing happens. The key depends on the individual's sensitivity to caffeine and different genetics. People who drink coffee for a long time will be resistant to the refreshing effect of caffeine, so coffee lovers might no longer feel refreshed by drinking coffee.

 

咖啡萃取率越高,咖啡因含量越多
影響咖啡萃取率的因素,包括水溫、磨粉粗細、浸泡時間、焙度。這些影響萃取率的因素是互相影響且環環相扣,總體的萃取率越高,萃出的咖啡因越多。可參考下圖。因此一般來說,咖啡隨著沖泡方式與工具使用的不同,咖啡因的含量多寡也不同。

 

The higher the extraction rate, the higher the caffeine content

Factors that affect the extraction rate of coffee include water temperature, grinding size, immersion time, and roasting degree. These factors that affect the extraction rate are interrelated and interlinked. The higher the overall extraction rate, the more caffeine is extracted. Please refer to the figure below. Therefore, in general, the amount of caffeine in coffee varies with the brewing method and the equipment used.

 

咖啡的提神效果,首先須選擇不加糖的純黑咖啡,若不是天天喝咖啡的玩家,只是臨時想透過咖啡達到提神效果,建議選擇能夠追溯來源的莊園咖啡,品質好的咖啡較不易影響身體健康,且同時還能享受豐富美好充滿花果香的咖啡時光。
